Our rates are seasonal and may vary depending on the time of year you wish to visit. Please inquire for our seasonal rates and specials — we happily share our custom options with you. We will do our very best to respond within 48 hours of receiving your request.

Lodge accommodation is closed January–March (rainy season); we operate from April until December.

Getting Here

How to Get There

By Air

The closest major airports are Harry Mwanga Nkumbula International Airport (Livingstone — approx. 4–5 hrs by road) and Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (Lusaka — approx. 4–5 hrs by road). Charter flights to airstrips within or near the park can also be arranged on request.

By Road — Self-Drive

Kasabushi is located off Spinal Road in Central Kafue National Park. A high-clearance 4×4 vehicle is essential — road conditions vary significantly with season and recent rainfall. GPS coordinates: 15.26°S, 25.97°E. Detailed route directions will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Lodge Transfer

We can arrange transfers from Lusaka or Livingstone for guests who prefer not to self-drive. Please enquire at the time of booking for availability and current rates.

Important: No Phone Signal

There is no phone signal at Kasabushi. All communication is via WhatsApp when guests are in areas with connectivity, or via satellite where available. Please plan accordingly and let family/friends know your itinerary before departing.
